Heilee’s headquarters is located in Hong Kong, and all products will be shipped from Hong Kong, SAR.

What are the costs of delivery?
Shipping within Hong Kong is free of charge.  Shipping anywhere outside of Hong Kong, SAR is a flat rate of USD $10.00.

What are the shipping policies?
Heilee will do our best to ship out goods as soon as the order is received, however shipping will not occur on weekends nor public holidays since couriers do not pickup.  Heilee holds the right to refuse shipping to any orders.

When and how to track shipping orders?
Upon receiving your order, Heilee will send you a confirmation and air way bill number for your tracking.

What items are non-refundable or non-returnable?
