All of our items are sent through Hong Kong Post standard air mail. Unfortunately, we do not offer speed post or express post. Although every effort is made that you receive your item in a timely manner, please note that receipt is subject to local postal services and conditions in country of delivery.

Please be advised that Heilee does not provide any monetary refunds however should you be unhappy with your purchase, exchange is available for all full priced clothing items with the exception of discounted items, accessories and lifestyle products. Full prices shoes can only be exchanged for a different size only not for any other item.

Exchange is available for an item of the same or lesser value only and we offer no reimbursement should your exchange choice be of lesser value of the original item however you are able to mix and match with multiple items until the full value of the original item has been reached.

We kindly ask that you contact us at contact page should you wish to proceed with an exchange.

All tags must be attached and exchanges are subject to the condition of the garment upon inspection once received at Heilee. Shoes must be unworn and in their original shoebox.

Return postage back to Heilee is at the sender’s risk and cost and Heilee takes no responsibility should the item be damaged, lost or stolen during return postage.

It may take up to 21 days for receipt, evaluation and processing of your exchange hence we kindly ask you to be patient with us and we will attempt to process the transaction as quickly as possible.
